[X4U] Tiger's Calculator.app no longer does percentages?

OK..for some reason, this is in my craw...

Adobe Illustrator handles the math correctly:  if I do something like  
make a box, and type "+15%" in one of the dimension fields,  
Illustrator correctly ammends that field to the old number PLUS 15%  
OF that number.

Based on this thorough scientific research and analysis, I must  
conclude that the Tiger Calculator is busted.
