[X4U] OT: H.264 on Windows

OK, so the problem is that his computer is too slow for such a cpu intensive
codec?  What does it mean to "encode it better?"  Does that mean I should
choose a different codec?  Do you have any suggestions?  Maybe I should use
Divx?  Windows users seem to love that one.
