[X4U] Help with eject CD please

Hiya,

When you reboot the Mac, after the POST (Power On Self Test) is performed 
and the computer goes donggggg, Open Firmware loads and it looks for 
keyboard modifiers. If the mouse button is held down during this initial 
startup process it will eject any media in the drive.

This even works with wireless devices.
