         I think the point being made is that the owners surveyed  
were not sufficiently savvy to correctly report the specifics of  
their situations and give good guidance, therefore readers were  
misled.  Perhaps CR should have reported this fact or investigated  
the responses further to assess accuracy.

         Surveying people who don't know what they are talking about  
does not usually bring one closer to truth.
