[X4U] .avi files: blank screen with Quicktime player

Have to use Panther QT 6.5.2 for 3ivx two pass to work properly and  
the fast start from that encode doesn't work in either Panther QT  
6.5.2 nor Tiger QT 7.0.2. Looking for a Tiger 10.4.2 QT 7.0.2  
solution that will also work with QT 6.5.2 and Jaguar 10.2.8 or  
Panther 10.3.9. Frustrating. Can't use H.264 cause it cuts out too  
many possible viewers.
