[X4U] Go menu: "Utilities" doesn't get you anywhere

Hello again it's me again,

The "Go Menu" -> Utiities doesn't work at all. It has been like this  
for a long time. Go to Applications, iDisk, Network, etc, works like  
a charm but Utilities goes nowhere. In fact it does nothing and using  
the keybord shortcut just makes the menu flashing. Can anybody help  
here?
