[X4U] G4 restart

Check the Energy Saver prefs for anything that may be turned on. You 
didn't mention which OS, I'm assuming OSX but there are similar prefs 
under OSX for starting up a mac automatically.

I've a friend when he try to shutdown his G4, the G4 restart 
automatically.  He has reset PRAM and pressed the PMU button on the 
motherboard.
What does he needs to do?
