[X4U] Failed to start Video Chat because: [I] did not respond

I have recently begun getting the message "Failed to start Video Chat  
because:  Aron Spencer did not respond" when I try to initiate or  
accept a video chat. It was working fine a couple days ago, there is  
no firewall on the machine or on the router (video chat works, albeit  
at a lower quality, on an iBook G4 on the same LAN). Any ideas?

iChat AV 3.1.3(v432)
PowerMac G5 (2x2.5GHz, 2.5 GB RAM)
OS X 10.4.6
