[X4U] Accessing iDisk Public folder from Windows

Hi all,

I've been trying to figure out how someone on a windows platform can 
access my public iDisk in order to both upload and download files. 
According to .Mac Help they would need iDisk Utility for Windows. I 
can't seem to find the link for it in order send it to the windows 
user. iDisk Help says to "Go to www.mac.com and click .Mac Member 
Central" but I don't see andy .Mac Member Central to click on. At 
another spot is says to "go to www.mac.com, and click .Mac Downloads" 
again there's no .Mac Downloads to click on. Can someone tell me where 
to get this iDisk Utility and will it allow a Windows user to BOTH 
upload and download from my public folder?
