[X4U] Changing User name

Hi all,

We've had a "relocation" of staff causing one of our Macs (OS 10.3.9) 
to inherit a new User. I know I could easily create a new User account 
on that machine but the current User account is set up exactly how we 
want it. The only thing I would like to change is the User name. Are 
there any issues doing this? What do I have to do?
