First, show all bookmarks
Select the Bookmarks Bar in the Collections column
If you put a folder of links in there, you can check the box in the
Auto-Click column. The folder's down-arrow on the Bookmarks Bar will change
to a square. Clicking on the folder name once will open all of the links
simultaneously.
