Paul,

My G5 Quad always had a kernel panic when waking from sleep.  No one could
figure out the reason, and I did exhaust almost every possibility, other
than replacing the motherboard.  It stopped one day after I reconnected all
of my peripherals in a different configuration... Still haven't discovered
the "why."
