[X4U] How do you Change Directory to the CDROM or an external USB drive in terminal

Hello,

I insert a CD into the optical drive. Then I want to open terminal. The CD
appears on the desktop.

Then Change directory to the CDROM and do an ls.

I just don't know the target of the cd command.

Same question only to cd to a USB drive (called happy for example).

Any ideas?
