[X4U] No minimizing aps

Hello,
  Every now and then I notice that windows have the 'minimize button' grayed
out.  I've seen it happen with Safari, Camino, and other apps.  Also,
double-clicking on the top of the windows doesn't minimize.
  Any ideas what's going on?  Rebooting fixes this for a while.
