Is this a custom picture in your Address Book? (If so, I'm not sure where
the picture is -- I just tried changing mine and don't see any updated files
when searching the results displayed by date.)

Otherwise, the stock Apple ones (such as the ones you choose for your login
-- baseball, flippers, yellow flower) are in Macintosh HD > Library > User
Pictures.
