I just sold my old G4 Quicksilver on eBay. I started by searching for that model, and similar, in the Completed Listings, to see what they had been selling for; took a look at what the Buy It Now prices were on currently available auctions, and then added in what I thought the extras I had were worth (second hard disk, maxed out RAM, internal Zip, extra video card, etc.). I also took a look at some online used vendors to see what they sell similar Macs for. Try Google for Used Mac Prices and poke around the sites that are returned. For example, right now Powermax.com has a 550mHz TiBook (50mHz faster than yours) for $599 -- they are certified used and provide a warranty, which you can't do/offer (probably!), but it's a place to start deciding a price. headgap.com has a G4/500 TiBook for $599.77, including shipping. I spent a year posting on Mac groups, Craig's List, etc., with no bites. Sold the dual 800 quicksilver in four days on eBay with a Buy It Now price I was satisfied with, plus buyer paid shipping. <http://www.informit.com/guides/content.asp?g=mac&seqNum=77&rl=1>
