This might be JUST what I'm looking for - it gives tab thumbnails  
when browsing, as we were discussing here the other day. I really  
like the Firefox extensions I've been suing the last couple of days,  
but it's a PITA that OS X's built in spell-checker doesn't work in  
Firefox, and that you can't scroll the page with the spacebar.

How do you get SafariStand to save a PDF as a single page, please? I  
can't find the button.
