[X4U] mail scroll not at top

I think that's not a bug. It's a feature. Mail tries to remember your last
window position for every mailbox. I don't know when it started doing this.
I noticed the last couple of weeks and I'm pretty sure it wasn't always so.
Tiger? 10.4.4?

Generally I like this behavior, but I can see why it bugs you in your case.
