Mine works fine (PB 1GHz / 1Gb) post upgrade.

Be aware that there are also upgrades for:

OS X 104.5 (Intel)
OS X Server 10.4.5 (Power PC)
OS X Server 10.4.5 (Intel)
iLife '06 (Universal Binary)

All installed on various machines at home and all working fine.
