I think it's part brand loyalty and partly because Apple's stuff  
works so well, OS and hardware.

Plus, anyone who's had a combo hardware/software issue can tell you  
it's hell to be ping-ponged back and forth by companies who say "not  
our fault. we don't support that. call the other company."
