[X4U] Strange Safari behavior after restart

Hi boyz and girlz..

I have this curious thing...
Everything was fine...I just restarted and while my internet  
connection works fine, firefox works fine...
but Safari does not...
whatever page i use it keeps on giving me the message below:

Forbidden

You were denied access because:

Access denied by access control list.

Any guesses???
