[X4U] Finding stay fonts

OS 10.3.9. Is there an easy way of finding fonts on my computer? I use 
Suitcase X1 to manage my fonts. All my fonts (except System fonts) are 
suppose to be in a "My Fonts" folder on my HD. I'd like to somehow 
search my HD for any fonts that are not in the "My Fonts" folder. Do 
fonts have a certain "Type" or "Creator" that I can search for? Is 
there a freeware program I can use?
