are you a registered user of QT Pro 6 and not of 7?

If that's the case, your QT6 Key won't work in QT Pro 7, and you will  
be asked for a key.

Does this sound like your situation?

If so, you can either shell  out for QT Pro & (there are a couple of  
advantages to that) or, there's a doo-dad somewhere which will put  
you back to QT 6
