[X4U] Automatic Login

Recently I turned off automatic login in the Security panel of System
Preferences. Several days later I unchecked "Disable automatic login,"
but I still have to use my password. I have rechecked and unchecked that
box, but no change. What can I do so that I don't have to use my
password every time I boot up my iMac.
