[X4U] Image degradation and KVM switches

I used a kvm that gave me quite a poor quality image with CRT but I
believe it was to do with the poor quality cables that were supplied with
it (they were very skinny!).
That may be a consideration in your purchase.

I've used a couple of IO Gear KVMs, didn't notice any degradation.
