Yes, you could be right... I considered RAM but I kinda put it asside coz there are 2 Macs with similar issues which lead me more to believe the OS & apps install was to blame. I've followed the advice in the Adobe link, that Daly kindly put forward, on one Mac and I'll see if that makes a difference. She had a kernel panic this morning so if she has another after I removed the CS2 "Legal" folders then the issue is elsewhere. Once you've identified known good modules, try them in the others. HTH.
