It's only a sample of one, but if it makes any of you feel better  
I've been running all of the developer releases of 10.4.7 with no  
problems. As a matter of fact at least the last couple of releases  
went out with no known problems. (I have a 12" PowerBook and an AGP  
G4 running the server version of 10.4.7.)
