[X4U] Office crashing **grumbles**

Assuming she's running Tiger (no computer/OS version mentioned), launch Font
Book, select All Fonts, click in the Font window, CMD+A, to select them all,
and then File->Validate Fonts-removing any damaged/corrupt ones. When that's
finished, then CMD+A in the Font window and Edit/Resolve Duplicates.
