[X4U] Mac Mail Cool Trick !!

Thanks for the tip. I've been using the cool Mac Mail trick, to view  
messages on the server, and delete junk/spam, but there is so much  
junk/spam coming through, and both good and bad e-mail is duplicated,  
so I'm still stuck with the problem of receiving multiple duplicate  
messages, literally hundreds everyday. I sure wish that there was a  
fix for this issue.

Maybe I need to erase my hard drive and start all over again!! I  
really don't want to continue spending/wasting hundreds of hours  
deleting unwanted multiple copies of messages, of which about 90 % is  
junk/spam. Although for the moment, I think I've curtailed most of  
the spam/junk mail, by changing ISPs, keeping my best e-mail  
addresses secret, and using bogus names, addresses, for business ....  
but I'm afraid that will only be temporary, and I'll need to keep  
changing my e-mail accounts, which is a major problem, having to send  
hundreds of friends and relatives new e-mail addresses often!!

If I could just find someway to stop receiving multiple copies of  
messages, that would really be a big help right now!! This is a brand  
new problem for me, which only started about six weeks ago. Is there  
any possible solution to stop receiving multiple copies of messages?
