[X4U] BCC in Outlook

[Muckerheide]

A quick Œshortcut¹ is to click on the cc: label in the left column, opening
the contact list, which includes the open bcc: window (like clicking on the
To: or Cc: window in Entourage which also opens the bcc: window.
