I *finally* upgraded from iLife '05 to iLife '06 a couple weeks ago, 
and that was *only* to get the new version of iPhoto.  My only regret 
is that I waited so long.  I have a G5 2x2 with 3.5GB RAM, while 
iPhoto '05 couldn't handle our 10,000+ photo's (most shot with a 
Nikon D70), iPhoto '06 handles them wonderfully.
