[X4U] Question on software for Intel Mac's

Now that the new iBooks are out, I have the fun of helping spec out a couple 
of them.  Am I correct that the Intel versions of Microsoft Office, Adobe
Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat aren't out yet, and there is no real news as to
when they will be?

Will the following software run under Rosetta?
MS Office 2001
Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE
Adobe Acrobat 5
