I did a quick Google search for the words [add RAM Mac Mini] and was
presented with pages of links. These three were #1, #2, and #4:

It's actually called Mac Mini, so looking for "minimac" may have been the
cause of difficulty in finding the information you are looking for outside
of Apple.com. Adding RAM to a Mini is not considered a do-it-yourself by
Apple, so you're right -- you'll never find it on the DIY page.
