[X4U] Kill startup sound on G5

Unplug the headset.

In Sound prefs:

Sound Effects tab: Show volume in menu bar (checked). Checked Mute button.

Output tab: Digital Out > Optical digital out port.

Input tab: Line in > Audio line-in port.

I just tested, and this works on my G5 Dual 2GHz. No startup chime.
