NK, This happened to me on a G3. Exactly. At the recommendations of the powerbook fixit people (http:// www.ifixit.com/cart/catalog/), I downloaded their instructions for replacing the hard drive, which got me to nearly all of the connectors. Carefully disassembled, and pushed in to reconnect every connector I could see and reach. Put it all back together and viola, it started.... I had it running fine within 3 months ago, but the other day, I plugged it into the power supply, and that into the outlet (the power supply's light was on) and the Pismo wouldn't start up. I tried pushing the Reset button on the back, tried removing the battery, but no go. the thing's never been dropped or abused, so I'm hoping there's something else I can try. Any thoughts? nk
