[X4U] setting up an ftp server with tiger

hi

i'd like to set up and ftp server on a G4 powermac so that clients  
can download files from it.

the idea is to have that machine be used just for that, with one user  
installed, accessible to clients, and ftp turned on. it'll be  
connected via adsl, slow but good enough for the moment.

any suggestions or tips on set-up, tweaking or security issues are  
welcome.
