[X4U] Entourage stuck in re-building

Hello,

I¹m trying to help a friend with Entourage. Something is amiss, so we¹re
trying to re-build the entourage database. However, it always stops at a
certain point. I suspect a bad e-mail, but what else is there to do if the
re-building feature doesn¹t work? (Holding down the option key when starting
up)
