[X4U] Repairing permissions question

[Mark Des Cotes]

Simple question (I hope)

When I fire up Disk Utility I see my hard drive listed as "74.5 GB  
ST380021A" and nested below it is the one partition "Mark's HD". Does  
it matter which one I have selected when I Repair Disk Persissions?
