I tried with a friend who has the same provider (and same speed) and  
it's still 0.3 to 0.5 Kb/sec.  That other friend with only 128 Kb/sec  
upload manage to have 5-7  when he send something to China where they  
only have 2 Mb lines.  There must something wrong at my providers place.
