[X4U] SCSI Card Firmware Updater for Beige G3

I am trying to load Mac OS X on an old Beige G3 (Rev 3) and I think I  
need to install the Mac OS X 10.0: SCSI Card Firmware Updater,  
AppleCare Document 25176, but the link to the updater file is  
broken.  All other sources (versiontracker, macupdate and smalldog)  
seem to just redirect to this same link.

Does anyone have the file?  It is about 273 KB and would be easy to  
receive in an e-mail.
