I can now open the link to a pdf file, and see it in my Safari window, but if I click on (Ctrl-click) Download Linked File, nothing happens. So I opened Adobe Reader, and found Detect and Repair. I set it to repair Adobe PDViewer. It responded: "Nomissing components detected. Repairs are not needed." So, if I click on Download Linked File, still nothing happens. I guess that problem is with Safari, not Reader. Mike
