[X4U] automatically clear cache in firefox?

Maybe I am missing it but I don't seem to see a way to tell firefox to
clear the cache regularly, eg daily, so I am not pulling up old versions of
web pages.

I can of course refresh the page, but at best that's a nuissance, and
sometimes I don't think of that and can be looking at a page that is days
old.

any suggestions or work-arounds?
