[X4U] full speed fans after 10.4.9 upgrade

Shut the computer down and thne removed the power cable from the back of the machine. Not from the wall, but from the back of the machine. 

Let it sit for a minute or two and then plug it back in and restart.

Let us know if that fixes it.
