[X4U] Printing Greeting cards from iPhoto 08

There are probably several workarounds for this problem. The ones  
that immediately come to my mind involve saving the card as a pdf: in  
the print dialog, click on "PDF" and choose "Save as PDF..."

Open the pdf file in Acrobat and crop it as you like using the Crop  
tool (Tools>Advanced Editing>Crop). Print from Acrobat.

Or, open the pdf file in Illustrator or Photoshop and format it for  
print.

Or, Place the pdf in a new InDesign document, crop it and print.

Not exactly the sorts of things a typical iPhoto user would be doing,  
but...
