[X4U] Cmd-Opt-Keypad1 Brings Up Force Quit Dialog

I'm finding that keying Cmd-Opt-Keypad1 from any application is causing the Force Quit dialog to open. I can't figure out what is causing it or how to turn off that behavior.

I've ruled out a listing in the Keyboard preference pane and keystroke modifications in iKey or Keyboard Maestro.

Does anyone have a clue?
