[X4U] embedded video performance

I've noticed jerky playback of embedded videos on my Pismo compared to 
on my wife's Paviliion (HP PC notebook). She and I are plugged into the 
same Cable modem, but she can play embedded videos smoothly AS they 
stream; I have to let the Play cursor cycle through once to get 
smoothish sound, but the picture for me is jerky.

is this because her processor is much much faster?
