Does the problem persist across reboots of your computer? Try a Safe Boot, then reboot normally. Are your functions are restored? If none of the above, then, what USB port is your keyboard plugged into? If you try a different one, does it work? If you're plugged into a hub, is it a powered hub? What is the brand and model of keyboard you're using? Do you have another computer, even a laptop, that you can test your keyboard by plugging into? Do you have another keyboard that you can use to test your USB ports by plugging it into your computer? What kind of computer are you using, and what version of the OS do you have installed?
