[X4U] Sources of PPC Mac drying up

simply put: bucks.

my current software/hardware rig works fine, but I need a G5 for 
better/smoother FCP editing.
true, down the road, the macintel will be vastly better, but for that 
to happen means that I must spent vastly more bucks to get there.

those vast bucks aren't here for me right now.
