[X4U] Most advanced Video Codec WMV?

I'm not sure what the criteria for "better" would be. Maybe smaller files
and better playback quality, efficiency, not sure? Do they look "better"
than QT/MPEG.x/H.264 for a file of similar size Mac vs. PC? Does a WMV "look
better" than a QT/MPEG.x/H.264 on just a PC?
