[X4U] Link for Neo Office J?

I am using a current build of the OS X Native version of Neo Office.

it's a bit pokier than I remember Neo Office J being, so I wanted to 
see if I could download that and back grade until the next native 
version is released.

problem is, I can't find any links to Neo Office J!

I can find *mention* of it; but no download links.

does anyone here have an active link for the downloading of Neo Office 
J?
